We'll start, either in-person or on-line, by getting all the details we need to commence a search for the property which best meets your needs.

Our search will include not just one or two agents, but all those who have properties listed in your area of interest. This may include "hidden" listings which will never become public.

We'll prepare a short-list of properties. That will include photo's and reports which cover both the properties and their locations; all the good points and (as importantly) the bad.

We'll arrange private inspection times that suit you.

We'll shield you from false promises, false pressures, real-estate speak and pushy agents.

You'll see the properties in your own good time; and you'll have all the time and knowledge you need to make the right decision.
