Since the late 90's, David Morrell and Christopher Koren have been visiting Hong Kong and Singapore to conduct seminars on Australian property.

It has become very clear that interest is high. It has also become clear that some of the travelling roadshows which originate in Australia have promoted developments that looked stunning in the brochures and second-rate when built.

With our permanent presence in Hong Kong, we can provide the level of personal service expected in Asia; along with some very Australian straight talking when developers or finance companies are making less than sound offerings. In that way, we'll contribute to cleaning up the industry as we have started to do in Australia.

And while we're happy to advise on new developments, the core of our service will still remain finding and purchasing individual properties in prestige areas.

Meet Philip Hargrave.

Philip is probably the only Australian national who is a qualified lawyer and is also a licensed Hong Kong real estate agent. He is a Hong Kong resident and full-time buyers' advocate.

Prior to coming to Hong Kong, for nine years Philip had a property law practice and acted as a buyers' advocate in Australia. He is uniquely well qualified to advise Asian-based purchasers (including ex-pats) on all aspects of Australian property.
